Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a Risk Information Security Officer. Candidateprovides the business divisions with overall information security leadership and is the central information security advocate for assigned business division. Candidate will be an expert in information security program components, including identity management, incident monitoring, security policies, risk management framework and technical security solutions, and will advise business division stakeholders of security controls, customer security requirements, and regulatory security controls with the objective of minimizing the businesses' information risk exposure and is accountable for all IS activities that are relevant to the business.

Responsibilities:

* Promotes corporate security awareness activities and implements security awareness concepts for assigned business division.* Creates and presents security status reports for assigned business stakeholders including BTOs, BIOs, and the business leadership.* Oversees compliance with all business IS program elements, policies, standards, and guidelines.* Integrates CISO priorities into day-to-day business.* Communicates with the CISO and business managers; escalates as appropriate.* Provides general IS consulting services, including interpretation and/or clarification.* Assists in the definition and implementation of IS standards at the business level to ensure that procedures and practices comply with policy.* Participates in the IS community on committees and cross-business / functional opportunities.* Educates and advises the business on safe IS practices and current, changing, and/or recommended IS requirements.* Provides periodic IS risk management reports highlighting key issues and corrective action plans.* Coordinates IS activities with business plans.* Articulates the value of IS controls and its bottom line impact.* Seeks opportunities to enhance the efficiency of policies and procedures.* Leverages the IS network to pool resources, seek out best practices, and create efficiencies.* Manages risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impact to business, and required corrective actions by leveraging analytical skills.* Ensures alignment of IS program with business strategy.* Drives constructive procedural changes to ensure effective risk-based implementation of IS requirements.* Summarizes the IS status to the business in business terms.* Establishes relationships with business managers and is consulted as a subject matter expert in multiple areas.* Proactively manages risk and control through the identification, escalation, and solution development for compliance and audit issues including direct interaction and coordination with internal control officers.

Qualifications:

* At least 8 years of combined IT and IS work experience with broad exposure to infrastructure/network and legacy environments.* Experience working in IS programs including, but not limited to, Audit, IS Risk Management, Awareness Training, Identity Access Management, Information Protection, Incident Management, and Vulnerability Assessment.* Knowledge of key government regulations and laws.* Regarded as sector or business SME with risk management focus.* Understanding of the IS risks that are inherent to the supported business.* Advanced technical knowledge of the field of information security.* Able to work with senior business management to convey ideas and implement IS strategy.* Organizational, influence / conflict resolution, verbal and written communication, and leadership skills.* Advanced presentation, program management, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Minimum of one strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM or CISA)* Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems or other related field* Strong risk analysis, customer service, problem solving, and consulting skills.* Able to interpret and apply policies, standards and procedures.
